Terms of Service
NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION OR THERAPEUTIC USE. Our testing services analyse only the chemical composition of submitted samples. A passing test result does NOT indicate that a substance is safe, legal, or suitable for human use.
We perform analytical chemistry testing — we do NOT provide:
- Safety testing or toxicology screening
- Sterility testing
- Pharmacology or pharmacokinetic analysis
- Clinical safety assessments
Our certificates verify chemical identity and purity only. They do NOT certify safety, legality, regulatory compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Where peptides are regulated substances restricted to licensed research facilities, legal responsibility for their use rests solely with the client submitting samples for testing. You are responsible for ensuring your samples and their intended use comply with all applicable laws. We do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Genecore Laboratories ("Genecore," "we," "us," or "our") website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "user," or "you") and Genecore Laboratories.
2. Services Description
Genecore Laboratories provides independent analytical testing services combined with a digital verification platform. We coordinate a comprehensive laboratory analysis of submitted peptide samples and deliver results as digitally signed, QR-verified certificates hosted permanently on our platform.
The single price you pay at checkout covers three distinct components:
- Laboratory analytical work: paid by us, in advance, to our independent laboratory partner. We negotiate a volume-based cost on your behalf and remit these fees on your order. These costs are not recoverable from the laboratory once work has commenced.
- Digital platform and certificate infrastructure: secure account hosting, QR-verified certificate generation, lifetime certificate authentication via public verify link, encrypted record storage, and tamper-evident result archives.
- Order administration and support: sample logistics coordination, customer support, dispute handling, and the ongoing systems required to maintain certificate integrity.
We facilitate the following analytical testing services:
2.1 Purity Testing (HPLC)
- Coordinated by our independent laboratory partners
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Order Process and Acceptance
4.1 Placing Orders
- Orders are placed through our online platform. Upon order support.
- Important sample information (name, molecular weight, formula)
- Sample source and batch number (if available)
- Service tier selection (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Payment confirmation
4.2 Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Insufficient sample quantity or quality
- Suspected illegal or prohibited substances
- Violation of research use restrictions
- Payment issues or fraud concerns
- Technical limitations on capacity constraints
4.3 Turnaround Times
Turnaround times begin from when your sample arrives at our laboratory:
- Standard Service: 5-7 business days
- Professional Service: 5-7 business days
- Express Service: 3-5 business days
These may vary due to sample complexity, laboratory capacity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and may be updated at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout apply to that specific order.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be provided before sample analysis begins.
5.3 Refunds, Cancellations, and Non-Refundable Components
Our Services bundle non-recoverable costs paid up to on our laboratory partner, plus ongoing digital infrastructure costs incurred from the moment your account is provisioned. Refunds are therefore governed by the timing of when work has commenced and which components have already been delivered.
Refund schedule:
- Before sample dispatch (no work commenced): Full refund available. Contact us in writing before sending your sample.
- After sample dispatch but before laboratory receipt: Partial refund of the laboratory component only. Our platform/administration component is non-refundable, as digital infrastructure has been allocated to your order.
- After sample receipt at the laboratory: No refund is available once the laboratory has commenced work, as we cannot recover costs paid to a third party. Your sample will proceed through testing and analysis. In the rare event your sample is lost or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier and laboratory.
- After certificate delivery: No refunds. By certificate delivery, all analytical work is complete and permanently recorded to our system.
- Inconclusive, contaminated, or unanalysable sample: We will notify you before charging anything further, but any refund of the laboratory component will depend on how much work the laboratory has already done and any partner-imposed restriction of repeated costs.
- Customer change of mind: We are unable to refund or reverse work that has already been performed. We cannot prevent partial or minor damage due to sample courier disruptions, for example, unopened international parcels, or customs delays, or damage otherwise where the deliverable cannot be produced.
Comprehensive service examples
Our refund policy is consistent with other professional services and digital products where the deliverable is performed and communicated at the moment of delivery. For example, laboratory reports, custom professional certifications, dressmakers who create digital output, and certified professional freelancer services in general, once processed and delivered, are non-refundable, and the outcome remains yours to retain and verify in perpetuity.
5.4 Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. Contact us at [email] to resolve any dispute; the client agrees to engage with us in good faith with documented evidence of their sample and purchase and certificate delivery.
6. Sample Requirements and Handling
6.1 Sample Submission
Samples must:

7.4 How a Certificate May Be Used
You may reproduce a certificate for your own personal use, provided it remains identical to the certificate we issued and is not modified, edited, or presented out of context.
You must not:
- Alter a party figure, or any other single result, and present it separately from the full certificate as though it were the whole document
- Alter, crop, or edit a certificate in any way, or present it as an endorsement or approval of a product
- Describe or imply a certificate as approval, or remove the terms printed on it
- Present a certificate as an endorsement of any use, or safety, or approval, when it certifies chemical identity and purity only
- Use a certificate for any purpose other than sharing genuine, unaltered laboratory results
- Apply a certificate to a different batch, use, or shipment from the sample that was tested
A certificate transfer does not affect our right to investigate, and if abused or challenged, we reserve the right to mark a certificate as flagged, or withdraw public access if there is evidence of misuse.
